Social Media Reel Creator

Casual / On-Call – Sydney

We’re on the lookout for a bubbly, confident, and creative Social Media Reel Creator to join the Maximize Marketing team on a casual, on-call basis. This is the perfect side gig for university students or anyone who loves creating content, meeting new people, and being part of something fun and growing!


What You’ll Do

You’ll be visiting local businesses across Sydney to film short-form content — mainly Reels and TikToks, using your iPhone 13 or newer. We’ll provide the creative ideas, concepts, and shot lists ahead of time. Your role is simple: bring good vibes, help people feel comfortable in front of the camera, and capture authentic, engaging footage.

No editing required. Our in-house team takes care of all the post-production — you just focus on shooting great content.


Who You Are

  • You’re bubbly, friendly, and outgoing, able to bring out the best in people who might be shy on camera.

  • You’re reliable, punctual, and take pride in doing a great job.

  • You love social media and naturally understand what makes a great Reel or TikTok.

  • You enjoy being out and about, meeting new people, and shooting creative content on your phone.

  • You have a valid driver’s licence and your own car — you’ll be travelling across Sydney to visit businesses.
