What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of client accounts and help drive results through:
• Managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Optimising campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce growth
• Communicating regularly with clients on performance and strategy
• Identifying opportunities to improve results
• Helping clients scale through smarter marketing
You’ll play a direct role in client success and retention, which is why this role includes performance-based earning potential.
How You’ll Earn
This role includes:
Base Salary+Commission based on the number of clients you successfully manage and retain
The more clients you manage successfully, and the longer they stay, the more you earn.
Your income grows as the value you create grows.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in a digital marketing agency
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
• Native or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong client communication skills
• Highly organised and self-driven
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Landing page optimisation
• CRO insights
• Briefing designers/developers
