Client Success Manager

With experience managing over $500k in ad spend and generating $2m+ in sales, our founder provides guidance and mentorship so you’ll never feel like you’re on your own.

Your Role

As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be the friendly, proactive point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel supported and excited about their marketing journey with us. You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to make sure every campaign is smooth, impactful, and results-driven.

This is a hybrid role — you’ll enjoy a mix of working from home and collaborating in-office at our Parramatta location.

This role is ideal for:

• University students or recent grads looking to gain hands-on experience, or

• Experienced candidates who love working with clients and want to grow or have flexibility with a boutique agency.

  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.

• Communicating updates, results, and strategies clearly and promptly.

• Assisting with ad creatives, social media content, and design tasks.

• Supporting paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

• Using tools such as Canva to create simple, engaging designs.

• Monitoring campaign performance and ensuring clients feel valued.

• Learning directly from the founder and contributing to strategy sessions.

✔️ Some experience with social media and design tools (e.g. Canva).

✔️ Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

✔️ Based in Sydney, with flexibility to work from home and commute to Parramatta.

✔️ Open to both emerging marketers and those with existing experience.
