Most importantly:
You have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
This is mandatory, as you’ll actively guide clients through performance, optimisation, and strategy.
You’ve worked across:
Lead-generation campaigns for local service-based businesses, and
Sales-focused campaigns for e-commerce brands
Experience with landing page and website optimisation (CRO insights, UX improvements, or briefing designers/developers) is preferred, though not essential.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong, meaningful client relationships where clients feel supported and understood.
Manage and oversee lead-generation campaigns for local businesses, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective leads.
Collaborate with the team to run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads for both local service providers and e-commerce brands.
Guide clients through campaign results, strategy, insights, and next steps.
Take ownership of client satisfaction and ensure all work aligns with their business goals.
Manage projects, deadlines, and deliverables with precision and reliability.
Proactively identify new opportunities for clients to grow, optimise, or refine their marketing.
Occasionally attend in-person meetings or visit childcare centres across Sydney to deepen client relationships and gain insight into their businesses.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a small–to–medium digital marketing agency (client-facing experience preferred).
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience running both local lead-gen campaigns and e-commerce campaigns.
Preferred: Experience with landing page / website optimisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable.
Based in Sydney with the ability to travel for occasional client meetings.
